Crowne Plaza Sohar is a five-star hotel situated in the Falaj al Qabael district of Sohar, Oman, part of the internationally recognised Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts brand. The Salalah Room (115 m²) supports up to 120 guests for cocktails or 100 in theatre style, while the Saham and Buraimi Rooms each offer board, island, classroom, and theatre configurations for up to 80 guests. The Liwa and Shinas Rooms serve as dedicated boardrooms for up to 16 delegates each. A 159-square-metre Prefunction Area accommodates up to 60 guests for receptions, and the Poolside venue can host up to 600 guests for island-style or cocktail events.

On the technical side, the venue is equipped with high-speed internet access, wireless and lapel microphones, sound systems, projectors and screens, as well as LED displays and video walls. Stage lighting incorporating spotlights, floodlights, and gobo projectors is complemented by ambient uplighting and colour-changing LEDs. Portable stages, podiums, and lecterns support presentations and formal programmes, while a full range of seating and table configurations — including folding, banquet, and theatre-style chairs alongside round, rectangular, and cocktail tables — ensures adaptability across event formats. Medical support is available on-site for event safety.
