The Main Bar serves as the grand entrance to Ms Collins and can accommodate up to 250 guests standing, setting the tone for the venue on arrival. The Ballroom is a versatile space with a dedicated bar for private functions, accommodating up to 60 guests standing. The Lounge Room is situated on the ground floor behind The Main Bar and holds up to 70 guests standing. The Champagne Bar is the most intimate room on the east wing, featuring a neon Dom Pérignon shield above the entrance, with capacity for 45 guests standing. The Cocktail Room, inspired by Hollywood Regency and the Golden Era of the 1920s, accommodates up to 30 guests standing.
