One&Only One Za'abeel

One&Only One Za'abeel is a five-star luxury urban resort situated at the heart of Dubai, forming part of the iconic One Za'abeel development at the entrance to the Dubai International Financial District. Operated under the One&Only Resorts brand, the property embodies a modern, sophisticated ambiance with sweeping 360° city and skyline views, and direct bridge connections to the World Trade Centre. The two soaring glass towers are linked by The Link, a 230-metre sky concourse suspended 100 metres above ground, housing a rooftop infinity pool, restaurants, a world-class spa, and The Sphere bar — establishing the resort as a landmark destination for both business and leisure in Dubai.

The venue offers in-house catering and beverage services, with alcohol available on-site. Special menus can be arranged to suit a variety of event formats and guest requirements.

For events, One&Only One Za'abeel provides an extensive portfolio of spaces across multiple categories. The flagship Solar Ballroom spans 822 m² and accommodates up to 480 guests, while the Stellar Ballroom offers 382 m² for up to 220 guests. Both can be subdivided: Solar 1, Solar 2, and Solar 3 each host up to 160 guests across approximately 267–274 m², and Stellar 1 and Stellar 2 accommodate 100 and 120 guests respectively. For boardroom and meeting requirements, Zenith A+B provides 130 m² with a boardroom capacity of 32, while Zenith A and Zenith B each seat 16 in a U-shape configuration. The Synergy meeting room holds up to 20 guests, Vision accommodates 19, and smaller boardrooms including Discovery, Orlay, and Solar Majlis seat between 11 and 13 delegates. The Sky Garden, a 300 m² rooftop space, adds a distinctive outdoor dimension to the event offering.

On the technical side, the venue is equipped with high-speed internet access, professional sound systems, and ambient lighting including uplighting and colour-changing LEDs with dimmable controls — all supported by on-site technicians. A full range of furniture is available, including folding, banquet, and theatre-style chairs, round and rectangular tables, cocktail tables, and lounge seating. Medical support is also provided for event safety.

The property's facilities include 24-hour security, valet and on-site parking, concierge services, a fitness centre, outdoor pool, business centre, air conditioning, and accessibility provisions for physically challenged guests.
