The PARKROYAL Ballroom is a flexible event space featuring pendant lights, a warm colour palette, and native Australian accents. Its moveable walls allow the space to be configured in multiple ways — for example, into separate reception and ceremony areas for a wedding. The Ballroom accommodates up to 300 guests standing. The combined Blackburn Room 1 & 2 offers an interconnecting layout accommodating up to 100 guests standing. The rooms are fitted with a 150-inch motorised screen and an 86-inch high-definition LCD display, and can open through sound-proof operable walls into the adjoining hotel bar and pre-function area. Each room can also be booked individually, with Blackburn Room 1 suited to small meetings or breakout sessions and Blackburn Room 2 configured for corporate meetings, each accommodating up to 50 guests standing. The Monash Boardroom provides an intimate setting for meetings of up to 12 people, and is well suited to use as a secretariat room for conferences or as a private space for virtual meetings. For larger gatherings, the full venue can accommodate up to 400 guests standing across its event spaces. On-site accommodation, a bar, and a restaurant are available to guests.
