Swissotel Sydney is a hotel located on Market Street in the Sydney CBD, offering a diverse range of event and meeting spaces across multiple levels, suitable for conferences, corporate meetings, social functions, and dining events.

The Blaxland Ballroom, situated on Level 8, is a heritage-listed, pillarless space accommodating up to 400 people standing. Featuring warm timber and tapestry panel surroundings with art deco touches, it is suited to conferences, receptions, and themed events. The ballroom can be divided into two separate function rooms — Blaxland A (up to 100 standing, 70 boardroom) and Blaxland B (up to 200 standing, 130 boardroom) — and benefits from a spacious pre-function area well suited to trade exhibitions or break-out use.

The Maple Room, also on Level 8, is a function space with a generous foyer area, accommodating up to 100 standing or 70 in boardroom configuration, suited to conferences and exclusive meetings.

The Elm, Birch, Karri, and Cedar boardrooms provide private, contemporary meeting spaces. The Elm and Cedar rooms seat up to 8 in boardroom style, while the Birch and Karri rooms each accommodate up to 12. The Karri and Cedar rooms are located on Level 9.

Arches on Market, on Level 8, is a bar space with an airy, light-filled atmosphere evoking old-world charm, accommodating up to 150 standing. It is suited to post-event drinks or standalone functions. The Alcove within Arches on Market Bar offers a more intimate setting for up to 30 guests.

Ten Stories Restaurant, on Level 8, serves Modern Australian cuisine with Swiss accents, using at least 70% of ingredients sourced from within 200km of Sydney. The full restaurant accommodates up to 150 standing or 80 in boardroom configuration, while the Upper Deck area seats up to 30 in boardroom style or 50 standing, suited to smaller private dining events.

The hotel also offers on-site accommodation for event delegates.
