The Grounds span 3 acres of garden and can accommodate up to 90 guests standing. The space features various garden area types with historical garden elements and a selection of garden furniture. Optional additions include rustic wooden tables and seating, a rustic bar with a claw foot bathtub for ice, a raised and covered rustic dance floor, and a photo booth area. The Large Conservatory measures 12m x 6m and formally seats 70–80 guests, with capacity for up to 100 guests in a cocktail-style arrangement. Broad wrap-around colonial verandahs extend the usable space beyond the conservatory itself.
