Originally a warehouse building, it now houses two large bars, two individual restaurants, and a function room, making it a versatile venue for a range of occasions. The Tavern & Copperfield Bar, situated on the ground floor, is a traditional English pub with stripped wooden floors and cosy tables. It accommodates up to 300 standing guests and is suited to after-work gatherings, weekend drinks, and informal socialising. Poplars Restaurant (referred to in its description as The Grill) draws on the character of the nearby St Katharine Docks, featuring antique furniture and nautical relics. It offers freshly prepared British cuisine including specialty steaks, burgers, Sunday roasts, and fresh fish. It accommodates up to 120 standing guests and is well suited to tour groups and special celebrations. The Pickwick Room accommodates up to 140 standing guests. The Function Suite, positioned above the docks with views of the boats and yachts below, accommodates up to 175 standing guests and is suited to private and corporate events.
