The Sevens Stadium

The Sevens Stadium is a purpose-built sports and entertainment complex located at the intersection of Dubai-Al Ain Road (E66), approximately 40 km from Dubai's city centre. Opened in 2008 and boasting a total seating capacity of 44,000, it stands as one of the region's premier venues for large-scale sports, entertainment, and corporate events. The stadium is best known as the home of the Emirates Airline Dubai Rugby Sevens, part of the World Rugby Sevens Series, and has grown into a versatile destination for concerts, festivals, brand activations, and more.

The venue offers in-house catering and beverage services, with the flexibility of special menus tailored to event requirements, ensuring guests are well looked after across a range of event formats and scales.

The Sevens Stadium encompasses several distinct spaces suited to different event needs. The Main Stadium is an expansive outdoor arena with a capacity of 44,000, ideal for major concerts, sports tournaments, and large-scale productions. The Banquet Hall spans 520 m² and accommodates up to 400 guests in theatre or boardroom configuration, 250 in cabaret style, and 400 for cocktail receptions, making it well suited for corporate dinners, weddings, and private functions. Costa is a bar and lounge space of 480 m² that holds up to 200 guests in an island layout or 400 for cocktail events, offering a relaxed social setting. A dedicated Meeting Room of 25 m² is also available, seating up to 10 guests in a boardroom arrangement.

On the production and technical side, the stadium is equipped with professional sound systems, wireless, handheld, and lapel microphones, LED displays and video walls, and audio and video recording equipment, all supported by on-site technicians. High-speed internet access is available throughout. Lighting capabilities include stage spotlights, floodlights, gobo projectors, and special effects enhancements, also managed by dedicated technical staff. Furniture options range from folding, banquet, and theatre-style chairs to round, rectangular, and cocktail tables, lounge furniture, and outdoor seating, complemented by linens and tablecloths for banquet setups. Medical support is provided on-site for safety.

The stadium's extensive grounds include eight rugby and football pitches, six cricket pitches, and multiple netball and basketball courts, all fitted with floodlights. With parking for up to 15,000 vehicles, air conditioning, CCTV coverage, terraces, and dedicated meeting spaces, The Sevens Stadium is equipped to host product launches, corporate events, sports tournaments, graduations, fashion shows, team-building activities, and large concerts with equal professionalism.
