It can be divided into two independent sections: Layalina Ballroom 1 at 314 square metres with a theatre capacity of 250, and Layalina Ballroom 2 at 335 square metres accommodating up to 350 in theatre configuration. For smaller meetings and workshops, Al Yaqoot is a dedicated meeting room of 77 square metres suitable for up to 30 guests in a classroom setup.

On the production and technical side, the hotel is equipped with high-speed internet access, professional sound systems, wireless and lapel microphones, projectors and screens, and ambient lighting including uplighting and colour-changing LEDs. On-site AV and lighting technicians are available to support event delivery.
