Enjoy a warm and authentic working environment in the guesthouse of the vegetable garden. Settle into the large living area of 40m2, where several bistro tables are available to host your colleagues and have meals together (Wifi). The orangerie (recently renovated) will provide the perfect setting for your work sessions (Wifi, flipchart, projector available, and a wood stove for winter). In good weather, sit at the round outdoor tables under the old hay loft overlooking the orchard among apple and hazel trees, in the honor courtyard, or in the park with its rare plant species to work, share, and exchange while enjoying the surrounding greenery.

For corporate evenings, a reception hall can accommodate up to 90 seated guests with all sound equipment provided.

On site, enjoy the table tennis, the large park, a tennis court, a volleyball and badminton net, and wooden games. Discover the region and visit the Château de Maintenon (7 km) or the Notre-Dame Cathedral in Chartres (20 km). Take advantage of the wild landscapes offered by numerous hiking trails or health paths. Various activities are also available, including golf at the Château de Maintenon or the Haras de la Croix (8 km).

A team-building activity related to the estate's history can be proposed: a walk and foraging for edible wild plants on the estate followed by a culinary workshop.
