CML Studios LA

CML Studios LA is a warehouse-based production and event facility located in Burbank's Airport District, near the 5 Freeway and the Burbank Empire Center. The complex is music- and event-friendly, with no nearby residential areas, and offers multiple bookable spaces suited for film shoots, photography, music videos, corporate events, parties, and other creative productions. The Studio for Events & Parties is the largest space, measuring 80' x 50' with 18-foot ceilings, a 50-foot white projection screen, a production loft, kitchen/bar area, lobby, makeup/wardrobe room, green room, and restrooms. It accommodates up to 250 guests standing, 200 in theatre configuration, and 175 for dining. The Full Studio with 3 Cycs provides access to three large cyclorama walls — white, black, and green — within a single booking, along with a production loft, makeup and wardrobe areas, a kitchen, green room, and lobby. This space accommodates up to 80 standing guests. The 2-Wall 65' Green Screen is a dedicated studio package combining a 35' x 26' green cyclorama, a 30' x 20' black cyclorama, and a 50' x 35' white cyclorama, accommodating up to 65 standing guests. The Huge 85' White Cyc Studio and the 45' Black Void Cyc are each private studio spaces accommodating up to 50 guests, suited for film and photo productions. The Large Parking Lot for Shoots is a semi-private outdoor space of over 6,000 square feet, including an interior support zone with a cyc wall, and is available 24/7 for up to 65 guests. The Conference Room & Office is a private meeting space accommodating up to 10 guests. The venue holds an alcohol licence and welcomes BYO alcohol as well as external catering. There are no noise restrictions, and guests may play their own music or bring their own DJ.
