Brasserie Le Jardin is a contemporary brasserie presenting high-quality cooking in an informal setting; a three-course menu at €42 is offered at lunch and dinner. The kitchen’s philosophy favours freshness, theatrical service and dishes conceived to be shared. Beside the Domaine Les Crayères park in Reims, the space alternates a bucolic terrace with a contemporary, loft-like dining room centered on an open kitchen. Seating includes an expansive terrace and an interior dining room with visible kitchen activity; the atmosphere is relaxed, convivial and designed for sharing. The cooking is seasonally focused and spontaneous, rooted in local foraging and market produce. It combines raw preparations with generous, shareable roasts or fish within a bistronomic framework that balances freshness and classical cuts with table-side service. Christophe Moret trained in Orléans and built a career in Paris, including time at Alain Ducasse’s three‑star restaurant at the Plaza Athénée and at Maison Lasserre, where the Michelin Guide awarded two stars to services he was involved in; he leads culinary direction for the Domaine and brings haute-cuisine experience to the brasserie format. Specialties include ceviche, crudos and vegetable-forward dishes, plus large shareable cuts such as côte de cochon and turbot carved in the dining room. The house sommelier offers an elevated Champagne and wine selection with tastings by the glass, notably served from magnum.
