With seating for up to 280 guests and a standing capacity of 300, it is suited for weddings, private parties, corporate events, and large social gatherings. The space is available as a full buyout only and includes outdoor seating and a full bar. It is available Wednesday through Sunday from 12:00 pm. The Briar's Suite is a second private event space within the venue, accommodating up to 90 seated guests or 100 for a standing reception. It features natural light, an outdoor seating area, and a full bar, making it well suited for private celebrations, wedding receptions, corporate events, and social gatherings. The venue offers in-house American cuisine catering alongside its cocktail menu, including its iconic Hurricanes. An alcohol licence runs until 2:00 am, and a wedding licence is held on site.
