The Artist House is a restored 1890s historic townhouse located in the Bronx, New York City. Owned and maintained by artists, the building preserves its original architectural details alongside an eclectic collection of unique furnishings, wood-beamed ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows that give each room a distinct character. The venue spans three floors — the Parlor Floor, Ground Floor, and Top Floor — comprising nine individually styled rooms that collectively offer a rich visual environment suited to a variety of creative and professional uses. The Entire Venue accommodates up to 30 guests standing across all three floors. Its nine rooms provide a versatile backdrop well suited to film productions, photography shoots, and intimate gatherings. Pricing is tiered by group size and floor usage: 1–5 people booking the Parlor Floor only, 6–15 people, or 16–30 people each have their own hourly rate. The space is available daily from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. External catering is welcome, and BYO alcohol is permitted. A noise restriction applies after 9:00 pm.
