Policy Against Unsolicited Advertising

NABOO GROUP SAS ("Naboo") strictly prohibits the use of unsolicited electronic messages — including unsolicited bulk or commercial email, SMS, or any other unsolicited electronic communication — to advertise, promote, or drive traffic to naboo.app or any other Naboo-operated domain.

This prohibition applies to Naboo's own marketing operations as well as to any employee, contractor, partner, affiliate, reseller, or third party acting on Naboo's behalf.

GDPR governs how we handle personal data. The sending of marketing communications additionally complies with the applicable law in each recipient's jurisdiction — the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC) and French LCEN in the EU, and the CAN-SPAM Act in the US. For all recipients, we send only where we have a lawful basis, never purchase or harvest contact lists, and honor every unsubscribe request promptly, consistent with Naboo's published Privacy Policy.

Naboo does not purchase, rent, harvest, or otherwise acquire email address lists for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertising.

Any individual or organization who believes they have received an unsolicited message advertising naboo.app is invited to report it to dpo@naboo.app. Naboo will investigate any such report and take appropriate corrective action, up to and including termination of the responsible partner's or contractor's account or agreement.
