The estate features over 9,000 square feet of versatile spaces including a 3,000-square-foot greenhouse filled with a permanent and rotating collection of more than 200 plants and trees, a 2,000-square-foot barn with sound and climate control, an open-air courtyard, a lawn, and a pergola. These areas provide a range of settings for events such as weddings, corporate retreats, workshops, and social gatherings. The indoor spaces are equipped with heating and cooling systems, allowing year-round use.

Accommodations include 20 guest rooms spread across The Greenhouses, the historic Farmhouse, and The Cottage, with a total capacity of up to 42 guests.
