Ayalga is a Michelin one-star restaurant located in Ribadesella, Asturias, Spain, positioned at the foot of Hotel Villa Rosario with views over Playa de Santa Marina. Led by Chef Israel Moreno, the restaurant showcases Cantabrian haute cuisine rooted in Asturian maritime and terrestrial traditions.
