Can Bosch

Established in 1969 near the Cambrils port, Can Bosch began as a fishermen’s bar before evolving into a restaurant by 1980. It holds a Michelin star since 1984 and specializes in maritime Catalan cuisine that champions local products from the Baix Camp region. The kitchen prioritizes fresh seafood and seasonal vegetables, bringing ‘the sea on the plate’ to life through dishes that fuse traditional influences with contemporary techniques. Arnau Bosch, representing the third generation of the founding family, leads the kitchen with a focus on healthy, innovative cuisine that honors its heritage. The menu includes several tasting options, such as a lobster tasting featuring seasonal salad, sautéed lobster, and caldereta, alongside specialties like sea urchin royale with langoustine tartar, Cambrils artichokes with butter and langoustines, and traditional black rice with aioli foam.
