Cuculia is a fine dining restaurant situated in Florence’s historic Oltrarno district, established in 2013 by chef Oliver Betancourt and Roberta Del Prete. The venue offers a refined culinary experience shaped by over thirty years of Chef Betancourt’s international background, merging contemporary techniques with Mediterranean, Caribbean, French, and South American influences.
