Fangfrisch Lübeck is a restaurant in the heart of Lübeck. The team states a philosophy of respect for guests, the environment, partners and the crew, and that everything they serve is prepared and enjoyed with a clear conscience. Since 2021 the restaurant is FEINHEIMISCH certified to underline that the majority of its supplies are bought regionally. The operation extends beyond the dining room into its own products and projects, and the organisation emphasises a collaborative kitchen culture in which over 60 team members are encouraged to contribute ideas. The interior is nordic, rustic and modern, offering a cosy Lübeck ambience and a relaxed, maritime‑inspired dining space. The design is comfortable and contemporary, fitting a casual yet considered fish restaurant. The kitchen interprets modern north‑German cuisine through creative, seasonal preparations. The restaurant highlights freshness and regional sourcing. Dishes reflect contemporary, locally focused cooking. Specialties include regional fish specialties, creative seasonal north‑German dishes, the house punch Matrosenpunsch, the in‑house Moinsener Pils and the NØØT Nordic Almond marzipan liqueur; Fangfrisch Lübeck has also been recognised by the Michelin Guide (SELECTED) for its regional fish and seafood cuisine.
