Historic Elitch Theatre is a landmark venue located in the West Highland neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. Open seasonally from May through October, it offers an atmospheric setting for a wide range of events, including theatrical productions, film screenings, weddings, concerts, and promoted events. The Theatre and Fly House space encompasses the entire theatre building, giving renters exclusive access to a seated auditorium accommodating up to 600 people. The space features wooden audience seating, a balcony level, and exposed beams that define its historic character. Behind the main auditorium, the Fly House serves as a dedicated backstage area with rigging capabilities, equipment storage, and a stage curtain, making it well suited for live performances and productions requiring technical infrastructure. A patio area with rental furniture is also included with the booking. The venue holds an alcohol licence until 11:30 pm and a wedding licence, and allows guests to play their own music or bring their own DJ.
