Lamberts Downtown Barbecue is located in the beautifully restored historic Schneider Brothers Building on 2nd Street in downtown Austin. Established in 2006 by Larry McGuire, Tom Moorman, Will Bridges, Lou Lambert, and a group of Austin friends and investors, it is the first restaurant in the MML family. The menu features slow-smoked barbecue combined with modern Texas cuisine, enhanced by a beverage programme that includes local beers, classic cocktails, new world wines, and an extensive whisky selection. The restaurant provides a fun, relaxed atmosphere with warm, professional service throughout its historic environment.
