Le Délice du Jour relocated to a charming house in Chapelle‑lez‑Herlaimont after more than twenty years in Gerpinnes. The restaurant began over 25 years ago when the chef and his partner took over a family establishment and transformed it into a regional gastronomic reference. It works closely with local market gardeners and butchers and presents itself as a true "delight of the day." Housed in a renovated house, the dining room offers a warm, refined and convivial atmosphere with attentive, relaxed service and a polished, welcoming dining experience. The cuisine is modern, seasonal and refined, built around fresh local ingredients and an evolving menu that follows the rhythm of nature. Game, the day's catch and the weather shape regular changes to the carte. Chef Fabrizzio, of Calabrian origin, transformed a pizzeria into a gastronomic address and earned the title Jeune Chef de l’année from GaultMillau; he belongs to the Génération W collective and leads a long‑standing, youthful brigade that renews offerings each season while keeping signature dishes. Specialties include the Menu Signature tasting menu, seasonal plates from local market produce, game in season, seafood from the daily catch and meats from selected local butchers.
