L'Intangible

L'Intangible presents a gastronomic, emotional table at Domaine de la Bousquetarie in Lempaut. Reservations are recommended; seasonal winter opening times run November 2025–April 2026: Wednesday–Friday evenings, Saturday lunch and dinner, Sunday lunch. The Domaine offers rooms and amenities, including a 12m x 6m pool and a tennis court. From summer 2026 the entire estate — restaurants, pool, potager and accommodations — can be fully privatized for events of up to 150 guests with 24 beds. The project is documented in the book "Ceci n'est pas un livre de cuisine," with prefaces by Alain Ducasse and Manon Fleury. The restaurant is selected by the Michelin Guide. The dining room occupies the ground floor of the château within the family house built in 1850, originally a farm and later transformed into a maison de maître where tradition meets contemporary design. The setting is intimate and tied to the estate's historic character. The kitchen offers modern, gastronomic cooking from a changing menu that emphasises ingredients from the estate potager. Tomatoes, courgettes and other vegetables are cultivated naturally for use in the restaurant, and the table is presented as a gastronomic and emotional experience.
