Under Chef Bianca Celano’s direction since 2020, the kitchen explores Sicily’s culinary landscape through a dynamic menu that evolves seasonally. The dishes reinterpret traditional recipes with a modern touch, emphasizing sustainable, locally sourced ingredients from farmers and artisans across Nebrodi, Etna, and Piana di Catania.
