Scatto, positioned in Turin’s historic Piazza San Carlo, is a fine dining restaurant conceived by the Costardi Bros. Its concept intertwines culinary art with architectural elements inspired by photography and the nearby Gallerie d’Italia museum. The restaurant’s cuisine is deeply rooted in Piedmontese tradition, particularly highlighting riso Carnaroli, while embracing international influences.
