Stella's Cucina, founded in 2023 by Boulder native Stella Spanu, honors her Italian heritage and reimagines fine dining as a multisensory experience. Its philosophy stimulates the senses with visual art, curated music and premier service paired with fresh, authentic Italian cuisine. Architect Miguel Quismondo conceptualizes and builds the interior. An extensive selection of Italian wines and specialty cocktails accompanies an eclectic live‑music schedule and a state‑of‑the‑art sound system.
