Taller Andaluz de Cocina

At Seville’s Mercado de Abastos de Triana, Taller Andaluz de Cocina brings people together around hands-on cooking and local flavours. Guests prepare a menu alongside a professional chef before sitting down to enjoy what they have made. The programme includes Spanish cooking classes, Andalusian tapas workshops and tours of Triana Market, including tasting options. For company groups, the team creates private culinary experiences ranging from collaborative workshops and cooking competitions to tastings, product launches and live demonstrations. The venue has four separate, fully equipped kitchens, including two particularly spacious ones suited to corporate events. Its kitchens can also be hired for private events, with kitchen equipment, tableware, on-site assistance and post-event cleaning included in its hourly hire packages.
