The venue combines professional-grade technical infrastructure with an intimate, community-centered atmosphere suited to a wide range of events. The City Theater features a 1,600 sq. ft. stage and 95 audience seats, with a maximum capacity of 105. The blackbox format offers a flexible environment adaptable to ballet showcases, contemporary dance performances, theatrical productions, lectures, community gatherings, and rehearsals. The intimate configuration brings audiences close to the performance space, creating an engaging setting for both performers and attendees. External catering is permitted at the venue. BYO alcohol is allowed with a corkage fee, and the venue holds an alcohol licence. The space is available for hire on a daily basis, Thursday through Sunday.
