The Pickle On Dill

The Pickle On Dill is an event and arts venue housed in a converted mechanic shop in Atlanta's Capitol View neighborhood. Operated by a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, the venue combines industrial architecture with artistic elements, creating a space suited to a wide range of events including celebrations, live music, corporate gatherings, exhibitions, and creative showcases. A community organic garden adds a nature-inspired element to the industrial surroundings. The Art Gallery in the Mechanic Shop is a private interior space of approximately 900 sq ft, featuring 72 linear feet of wall space across walls standing 8 feet tall, with individual hanging walls measuring 18 ft, 12 ft, and 24 ft, plus a double-sided mobile wall at 10 feet per side. Concrete floors, high ceilings, track lighting, and floor-to-ceiling windows give the space a raw warehouse gallery aesthetic. It accommodates up to 90 guests standing, 60 in a theatre configuration, 45 for dining, 35 in a classroom layout, 30 in a U-shape, and 25 in a boardroom arrangement. The space is suited to gallery shows, screenings, workshops, work retreats, and intimate gatherings. The Indoor/Outdoor Event Space is a semi-private area encompassing a 2,500 sq ft back patio with indoor/outdoor capabilities via a wide bay door and sliding glass door, as well as a 300 sq ft rooftop deck atop a shipping container. The rooftop offers skyline views of Atlanta and features solar-powered twinkle lights. This space accommodates up to 150 guests standing, 125 for dining, 100 in cabaret style, 60 in theatre or classroom configuration, 50 in a U-shape, and 40 in a boardroom layout. External catering is welcome, and guests may bring their own alcohol subject to a corkage fee.
