ÜBERLAND is a sky-restaurant and rooftop bar situated 80 metres above Braunschweig. Since its opening in 2019 it operates with a bar, a rooftop terrace and a dedicated private‑dining event floor. The house is recognised across guides and platforms, including Michelin Selected, Varta and Falstaff. It promotes personalised service to make each visit memorable and positions itself as an employer of the future. ÜBERLAND offers curated experiences for dinners, business meetings and private events, all underpinned by professional service and a strong sense of place. The restaurant occupies the 19th floor and rooftop, presenting an elegant modern Art Déco interior punctuated by vintage touches. A stylish bar and the open terrace deliver sweeping city views and a relaxed yet sophisticated vibe. The contemporary, international kitchen focuses on premium meats, line‑caught fresh fish and house‑made pasta, with seasonal, regionally sourced accompaniments. Classic preparations are reinterpreted with modern touches across the menu. Timo Reimann leads the kitchen with culinary concept support from Tim Mälzer. Specialties include beef fillet from German heifer, grilled pulpo, truffle pasta, char (Seesaibling) with caponata and house‑made pasta.
