The Unique Studio for Rehearsals is a dance studio configured for theatre and dance rehearsals, classes, and workshops. It features full-length wall mirrors and a dance floor, and also accommodates up to 75 guests in standing, theatre, or classroom arrangements. It is available for both single sessions and recurring bookings, with hourly rates varying by day and time. The venue is available from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm daily. External catering is welcome, and complimentary water, tea, and coffee are provided.
