Asterales is the Michelin-starred restaurant housed within the family-run Hôtel du Golf in Corrençon-en-Vercors, a former mountain farm transformed over generations into a charming hotel. Meals are conceived as complete gourmand experiences, and intimate service focused on conviviality and passion defines the house. The restaurant features a cosy salon centred on a large fireplace in winter and a flowered terrace in summer, offering warm, family-style mountain hospitality and scenic views of the surrounding peaks. The cuisine is modern, precise and creative, with an emphasis on tasting experiences. Ludovic Nardozza leads the kitchen; the brigade includes a second, Maxime, and Alexis, the chef sommelier, who continuously evolves the wine list to propose fitting pairings with the chef’s dishes. Specialties include a seasonal, terroir-driven tasting menu that pairs produce from the hotel’s potager—cultivated alongside Nicolas, a former market gardener—and honey from on-site beehives used in the kitchen and at breakfast, with ingredients sourced from other regions, presented in creative modern preparations.
