Cyril is a Hambye native who trained locally and served as second in a starred restaurant; he leads the kitchen, composes refined, terroir‑rooted plates and works to a "cuisine without superflu" philosophy. With seven guest rooms and a dining room for 48, the house positions itself as a warm, convivial stopover for couples, families and professionals; it holds a BIB Gourmand and offers accessible group and business menus, including all‑inclusive formulas with aperitif, wine and coffee. An elegant stone auberge houses an intimate dining room and a cosy lounge centred on a wood stove; the overall vibe is simple. The cuisine is contemporary French anchored in Norman terroir, using seasonal, well‑sourced produce with solid traditional technique and occasional daring pairings; the chef offers set menus, house‑smoked products, market fish, seasonal lobster and prix‑fixe group formulas.
