Banzaï

Banzaï brings people together over Japanese cooking in Etterbeek. Led by Nadia, its relaxed, beginner-friendly workshops invite guests to make dishes such as gyoza, sushi or bento, then sit down and enjoy the food they have prepared. Workshops last two and a half to three hours and take place in small groups, either in Etterbeek or at a partner location in Brussels. Drinks, tastings and recipe cards are included. Groups can arrange a private session from six participants, including on a date outside the published schedule. Banzaï also offers catering and private-chef services for intimate events. Nadia’s homemade cooking draws on her travels and roots, with an emphasis on generous food and shared moments.
