The Full Winery is the venue's whole-venue hire option, encompassing both indoor and outdoor areas. When the garage doors are open, the space flows seamlessly between inside and the patio. It accommodates up to 60 guests seated, 120 standing, or up to 50 in boardroom or classroom configurations, making it well suited for wedding parties, networking events, and wine tasting experiences. The Main Tasting Room is a semi-private indoor space accommodating up to 35 guests seated or 50 standing. It can open onto the outdoor patio to extend the setting, and is suited to tastings, receptions, and private dining. The Barrel Room is a semi-private space accommodating up to 20 guests seated or 40 standing. Set among wine barrels, it suits smaller gatherings such as wine tasting classes, intimate celebrations, and networking events. Garage doors provide access to the patio for an open-air extension. The Outside Patio is a semi-private outdoor terrace featuring long tables, black chairs, potted plants, and stacked wine barrels. It seats up to 30 guests and accommodates up to 40 standing, and can be hired separately or combined with the indoor spaces. In-house catering featuring Italian cuisine is available, and external catering is permitted with a buyout fee. The venue holds an alcohol licence until 2:00 am, with extension available. On-site accommodation is also available.
