Bouillon Baron

Bouillon Baron is a neighbourhood restaurant centred on comforting, traditional French fare. It occupies a house dating from 1895 and displays a menu‑carte on a slate at lunch, earning a reputation for excellent value. The menu focuses on popular, timeless recipes, and the wine list emphasises bottles from the Loire with a notable presence of organic and biodynamic producers. The restaurant is recognised in the Michelin Guide (Selected). The room is convivial and lively, often filled with a large, joyful and noisy clientele, and the dining room serves convivial, unpretentious meals. Cooking concentrates on rustic, classic preparations and on straightforward, well‑executed dishes, with sauces such as ravigote featuring on the menu. Jérémie Baron leads the kitchen and previously worked at Autour d'un Cep.
