Bro's

Bro’s Restaurant was created from a meeting between Alexandre and Romain about ten years ago and is run in partnership by the two friends, Alexandre Trazeres and Romain Evras. The concept pairs a bistro and a tapas bar under a single roof, and the team operates both a table-service bistro at lunch and dinner and a tapas/bar service in the evenings. Bro’s is selected by the Michelin Guide and is noted for combining a regional, farm‑driven approach with a social, tapas‑led afterwork atmosphere. The restaurant projects a chic yet natural atmosphere intended to be convivial and conducive to meetings between friends. The bistro offers a service that is both neat and relaxed. The tapas area is specifically geared toward convivial afterwork moments. Cooking is seasonal and rooted in fresh, local produce sourced via short supply chains (circuit court). The bistro menu highlights regional products and the kitchen focuses on seasonal produce from regional producers. Tapas inspired by the South‑West of France and Spain reflect Alexandre’s personal ties to those culinary traditions. Seasonal bistro dishes use local, short‑chain produce.
