Candy Factory CoWorking is a coworking venue situated in the historic Baur's building in Denver's CBD, within the Theatre District. The Large Conference Room is a private space accommodating up to 8 guests in a boardroom configuration, well-suited for team meetings, client presentations, and collaborative work sessions. The Small Conference Room is a private space for up to 4 people, ideal for focused discussions, small team meetings, or one-on-one sessions. The Large Event Space is the venue's largest room, spanning approximately 93 m² (roughly 1,000 square feet). It accommodates up to 40 guests in a boardroom arrangement and up to 50 standing, making it suited for training sessions, workshops, larger team meetings, and corporate events. The space features a skylight providing natural light. External catering is welcome at the venue, and BYO alcohol is permitted, offering organizers flexibility when planning events.
