Chemins designs and orchestrates itinerant corporate seminars, envisioned as genuine collective breathing moments, cohesion, and reflection for teams.

Rather than a single location, Chemins is an activity focused on creating tailored experiences, relying on a rigorous selection of authentic venues, ranging from rustic to chic, always off the beaten path: charming guesthouses, committed accommodations, inspiring third places, domains in nature, or confidential locations rooted in their territory.

The Chemins seminars take place in a gentle itinerary, primarily by electric-assist bicycle, used as a tool for the collective: it creates a common rhythm, encourages informal exchanges, fosters cohesion, and offers an accessible experience for diverse profiles. The bicycle is never an end in itself, but a simple and effective means to step out of the usual framework and allow teams to breathe.

Each project is co-constructed with the company, integrating:

1. its objectives (cohesion, alignment, engagement, inspiration),
2. its organizational constraints,
3. and the desired intensity level (physical, intellectual, emotional).

The experiences alternate between gentle travel times, structured collective moments, meetings with inspiring local actors (entrepreneurs, artisans, transition initiatives), restorative free time, and, if desired, collective intelligence or strategic reflection workshops led by experienced facilitators (e.g., Convergences workshop, Color Disc, 2tonnes, Lego Serious Play®).

Chemins primarily targets SMEs, mid-sized companies, and large groups, particularly in the industrial, service, tech, innovation, consulting, or distributed/remote organizations sectors, seeking:

1. a differentiating seminar,
2. that reinforces team cohesion,
3. without logistical complexity for the organizing teams.

All the seminars are designed to be turnkey, accessible by train, with a strong emphasis on the quality of venues and speakers, participant experience, and territorial anchoring.
