CoCreate is a versatile creative studio located in the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. Situated at street level with direct storefront access, the space features a modern, airy aesthetic suited to a wide range of events and productions. The Multifunctional Studio offers an open vanilla box layout with two large white walls, large windows that bring in natural light, and a standing capacity of 30 guests with seating for up to 12. The space is well suited to exhibitions, photoshoots, creative productions, corporate meetings, workshops, and pop-up events. A lounge area at the rear is furnished with a chaise lounge, sofa, and soft seating, making it suitable for meditation sessions or informal gatherings. The studio also includes a dance floor, mirrors, backdrops, and a clothing rack, making it adaptable for fashion, film, and photo productions. A dedicated office, green room, and editing space is available on-site, along with a separate private entrance for more discreet events or productions. The venue includes a full modern kitchen available for guest use and a full bathroom with a shower. External catering is welcomed and BYO alcohol is permitted. Please note that as the venue is located within a residential building, loud music and large parties are not permitted after 22:00.
