The Lounge Room is the venue's primary space, accommodating up to 120 guests for standing receptions, 50 for theater-style or classroom setups, 20 for dining, 12 for cabaret, and 10 in a U-shaped configuration. The space is well-suited for private parties, corporate events, pop-up activations, live performances, and creative showcases. It features a furnished lounge with ample seating, a bar area, an outdoor patio with additional seating, and kitchen access for catering and refreshments. Situated near major cultural events including Miami Music Week, Ultra Music Festival, the Miami Grand Prix, Rolling Loud, Wynwood Pride, III Points Festival, and Art Basel, the venue is open seven days a week.
