The space offers a bright, open environment with colorful canvas artwork displayed on white walls and exposed ceiling beams, creating an inspiring creative atmosphere. The LA Creative Art Studio is a 753 sq ft space suitable for art events, workshops, rehearsals, promoted gatherings, and social occasions. The room features wood flooring, an 18ft wide dance-studio-style mirror, and a front door window with privacy tinting that allows generous natural light into the space. It accommodates up to 30 guests for seated or dining configurations and up to 50 guests for standing events. Folding tables in various sizes and 20 or more chairs are available upon request, as is a bar area. External catering and BYO alcohol are permitted. A building host is on-site or nearby throughout each booking to assist guests.
