D'une Île

D’une Île is a country house and small bar-restaurant on an 8‑hectare estate of meadows and woodland in the Perche Regional Nature Park, about 150 km from Paris. The property is a hamlet of five 17th‑century buildings with 10 rooms (24 beds) and was acquired by the team in 2018. The team divides time between this house and their Parisian restaurants Septime, Clamato and Septime La Cave, while a small on‑site staff cares for the grounds. Selected by the Michelin Guide, D’une Île offers intimate, slow‑life hospitality focused on local sourcing and the surrounding landscape. Nestled on a wooded hillside, the estate includes gardens, orchards, a library and active beehives. In fine weather a swimming pond and an outdoor sauna provide views over maple forest. Restored communal spaces and outdoor areas invite picnics and walks. Cuisine is sustainable, seasonal and rustic, anchored in the Perche with menus that change daily. Produce is sourced from local artisans and markets, the on‑site potager and by wild foraging. Specialties: three‑course Table d’hôtes, homemade brioche, breads and preserves for breakfast, snack‑and‑picnic menu with garden herb infusions, vegetable‑forward dishes and natural, organic biodynamic wines.
