Dùthchas is a contemporary Modern British restaurant in Leith / Edinburgh that champions the relationship between people, animals, land and sea. The kitchen works closely with local farmers, suppliers and producers across the Scottish isles to showcase seasonal Scottish ingredients in a bespoke tasting‑menu format. A small dining room offers tables for one to four guests; the front‑of‑house team presents each course and describes provenance and ingredients to guests.
