Entre Nous

Entre Nous is a modern, seasonally driven restaurant that emphasises convivial, authentic flavours prepared with care. The kitchen focuses on seasonal produce sourced from local producers in the surrounding area and offers concise tasting and set menus that change with the market. The team is led by Romain, trained by starred chefs, and Léonie, whose experience spans Paris and Australia. They developed the concept after meeting on the Loire-Atlantique coast and working in Haute-Loire, and their regional roots inform a menu and service designed to create a privileged, friendly moment “between us.” The restaurant holds a Bib Gourmand distinction from the Michelin Guide. Menus include a three-course market return, a five-course menu and an eight-course discovery tasting, plus a children’s menu, with options offered at lunch and/or dinner depending on the menu. Gift vouchers are available with limited validity and specific restrictions. Situated in the heart of Vitré’s old town, the dining room cultivates an intimate, convivial atmosphere for comfortable, shared dining moments.
