Foer brings groups together around open-fire cooking. At its outdoor kitchen in Landegem, or at a location chosen by the group, Maarten introduces participants to techniques for preparing food over a campfire. Bespoke workshops include team-building sessions and days with colleagues, shaped around the group’s preferences, schedule and budget. Foer also provides interactive open-fire catering for events and plans the food for outdoor adventures. Seasonal produce, wild herbs and regional ingredients are central to its cooking, with an emphasis on sustainable choices for ingredients sourced farther afield.
