The event venue is an open-air reception area located in the palace gardens of Schwerin, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Germany. The main event space, the open-air amphitheater, covers an area of 12,000 m² and can accommodate up to 2,600 guests in theater style and 5,000 in cocktail format. The venue is equipped with a stage measuring 14 x 10 meters, sound and lighting systems, video and communication technology, conference technology, a rigging system, and power connections of up to 350 amps.
