Gathering Oaks Retreat

Gathering Oaks Retreat sits on a secluded, oak-filled property in Crawford, just outside Waco. It brings lodging and gathering spaces together for corporate retreats, meetings, family reunions and wedding weekends, with boutique-style accommodation arranged around a shaded central courtyard. Groups can meet in a formal Meeting Room furnished with tables, chairs, a 55-inch TV and an HDMI cable. The Gathering House and a covered outdoor Pavilion offer further places to gather. The Main Property has 19 bedrooms, with optional additional bedrooms in the Upscale Tiny House and two Farmhouses across the road. Between sessions, guests can enjoy the seasonal pool and hot tub, pickleball and other lawn games, or gather around the campfire. Wedding celebrations can bring the ceremony, reception, rehearsal dinner and overnight stay together on the property; wedding packages require rental of all its rooms.
