Both occupy the Kärntner Sparkasse building and highlight links to the region and local producers. Marie pairs elegant design and soft lounge music with a spectacular city view from its rooftop terrace; George offers modern design and a cosy bistro atmosphere with indoor and terrace seating, while Marie provides an intimate bar area. George serves creative, fresh bistro dishes inspired by urban café culture and regional ingredients, including bowls, pastas, sandwiches, seasonal specials. Marie concentrates on high‑quality cocktails and a curated wine selection, accompanied by snacks, small dishes, occasional chef’s gourmet menus. Hubert Wallner (GF) heads the group; his portfolio includes Restaurant Hubert Wallner, a four‑Hauben establishment, and he presents special gourmet evenings at Marie two to three times a week.
